I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected, and carrying more than your body was ever meant to hold.
Through breathwork, I found a way back to safety in my own body.
Now, I hold space for you to do the same.

My Journey Back to Myself
A few years ago, my life didn’t just change - it collapsed. Within a short period of time, I moved through divorce, chronic illness, multiple surgeries, and a traumatic accident that left me rebuilding from the ground up. I felt disconnected from my body, exhausted, and completely lost.
The Turning Point
Then I found breathwork. That first session didn’t just offer a moment of quiet - it helped me release what my body had been holding for years. For the first time, I felt safe in my own body again.
Why I Facilitate
I don’t just teach breathwork -I live it. I know what it’s like to feel unfixable. And I also know that your breath can bring you back. I hold space for you to release, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
Outside of Breathwork
Outside of breathwork, I’m actually a pretty natural introvert. Large crowds tend to drain my energy, and I’ve always felt more connected to smaller, meaningful experiences and spaces that feel grounded and genuine.
I spend most of my time with my two blue heelers, Rooster and Brooklyn, who definitely keep life active and interesting. Running has always been one of the ways I regulate and reconnect with myself. There’s something about movement, quiet, and being outdoors that helps me slow down mentally and come back to center.
You’ll usually find me near the water whenever possible. I’m a beach girl through and through, and I truly believe water has a healing quality to it. Paddleboarding on the lake is one of my favorite ways to reset - sometimes I’ll just anchor out and float for a while, completely still, taking everything in.
I love live music, especially in smaller venues where you can really feel the full experience, and I’m always up for finding new local places to eat or hidden little spots that most people overlook.
By day, I work in technology, focused on enablement and sales training, which has given me a deep appreciation for communication, connection, and creating experiences where people feel supported and understood. I’m also a mom to an amazing 20-year-old son who helps me behind the scenes with all the heavy lifting and setup for events. At the heart of it all, I think I’m simply someone who values authenticity, calm environments, meaningful connection, and helping people feel safe enough to exhale and reconnect with themselves again.
