About the Journey
If you are feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, know that you are exactly where you need to be. Breathwork is a deeply personal practice, and there is no "right" way to do it. You don't need to be good at breathing, you don't need to have done this before, and there is no performance required. My role is to hold a safe, supportive space for you to land, breathe, and reset at your own pace. If you have questions, please reach out as I am here to support you.
We start by getting settled in a comfortable space. You’ll have a moment to arrive fully and let go of the day.
We use high-quality, immersive 9D soundscapes through headphones to guide the journey and deepen your focus.
You will be led through specific breathing patterns designed to help you release physical tension and regulate your nervous system.
This is where the magic happens. You might feel a sense of lightness, emotional release, or deep calm. Remember, you are always in control you can slow down or rest whenever you need.
We end with a period of quiet reflection and gentle movement to ensure you leave feeling balanced, clear, and grounded.

What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?
Answer: You are always in control of your journey. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, you can simply return to your natural rhythm, open your eyes, or rest. There is no 'right' way to do this - my role is to hold a safe space for you to move at your own pace.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
Not at all! 9D Breathwork is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’ve never tried breathwork before or have a regular practice, the session is guided in a way that is accessible and supportive for beginners and experienced breathers alike.
What if I don't feel anything, or if I fall asleep?
Every session is unique. Sometimes the work is profound and emotional; other times, it is a quiet, restorative rest for your nervous system. If you fall asleep, it just means your body needed the rest - and you’ll still receive the benefits of the sound and the environment. You haven't done anything 'wrong'; you’ve simply given your body exactly what it needed in that moment.
