Safety is my highest priority. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning:
• I prioritize your autonomy—you never have to do anything that doesn't feel right.
• I provide clear physical and emotional "anchors" throughout the session.
• I screen for medical contraindications beforehand to ensure the practice is physically safe for your unique body.
While breathwork is a powerful tool for wellness, it can be physically and emotionally intense. We recommend consulting a doctor before attending if you are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular issues, severe hypertension, or recent major surgery. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to email us (mailto:exhalebreathwork@gmail.com)and we can chat about whether this is the right fit for you.
While 9D Breathwork is a powerful tool for most, it involves physical and emotional intensity that may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult with a medical professional before joining a session if you have any of the following:
• Cardiovascular Issues: Including high blood pressure that is not controlled by medication, a history of aneurysms, or recent heart surgery.
• Pregnancy: Due to the physiological changes and intensity of the breathing patterns.
• Severe Mental Health Conditions: Such as bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, or a history of psychosis (unless cleared by a specialist).
• Physical Conditions: Recent major surgery, untreated glaucoma, or a history of severe seizures/epilepsy.
• Respiratory Issues: Severe or uncontrolled asthma.
Note: If you are unsure or have a condition not listed here, please email us so we can discuss your specific needs and ensure a safe experience.
