Elevated Breathwork for the Southlake Community

Sophisticated somatic experiences designed to regulate your nervous system and restore mental clarity

Frequently Asked Questions

Is breathwork safe?

Yes, it is generally very safe. We move at the pace of your nervous system. My 'No Fixing, No Forcing' approach ensures you always feel in control and supported in a safe, consent-based environment.

What if I get emotional?

Emotional release is a natural part of the process. Whether it’s crying, clearing tension, or feeling deep relief, these responses are normalized and encouraged. You are in a safe, non-judgmental space to process whatever arises.

Do I need experience?

Not at all. Breathwork is accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience with meditation or mindfulness. The guided journeys are designed to support beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

What does 9D Breathwork mean?

9D Breathwork is a multi-dimensional reset for your mind. While traditional meditation is like listening to a story, 9D is like being inside a movie. It combines nine different layers of sound, frequency, and guidance to help you bypass your busy brain and get straight to the healing.

How often should I do it?

The frequency depends on your personal goals and nervous system capacity. Some clients find monthly sessions helpful for ongoing maintenance, while others prefer more frequent journeys during intense periods of growth or transition. We always honor your body's unique timing.

My Path to the Breath

I found 9D Breathwork when my body was louder than my mind. It wasn't just 'working' on stress. It was finally letting it go. After navigating divorce, chronic illness, and multiple surgeries, I realized I was carrying a lifetime of stress that talking alone couldn’t reach. I was burnt out, stuck in survival mode, and searching for a way to feel safe within myself again.

When I discovered 9D Breathwork, everything shifted. For the first time, I wasn’t 'working' on my trauma. I was finally letting my body release it. It taught me how to regulate my own nervous system and find a deep, grounded sense of security that I now carry through every part of my life. I felt more like myself than I had in years.

I facilitate now because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, and I know the profound peace that comes from coming back home to your body. My mission is to offer you that same safety, that same space, and the tools to breathe your way back to your own center.

Your Private World

Total Privacy: You’ll wear studio-grade noise-canceling technology headphones and an eye mask. This creates a 'bubble' where it’s just you and the curated acoustic journeys. No one can hear each other and you won’t see anyone else.

Freedom to Release: Because you’re in your own world, you have total permission to let it out. Whether it’s a big sigh, a laugh, or even a therapeutic scream, it feels amazing to finally let go, and your headphones keep the focus entirely on your own journey.
