9D = nine layers of sound, breath, and nervous system science working together
You arrive, settle onto a mat, pull on an eye mask and headphones, and let the music take over. The 9D experience layers specialized sound frequencies, guided coaching, and intentional breathwork into a single immersive journey - think of it as a playlist engineered specifically for your nervous system.
There's no performing. No getting it right.
You simply breathe and let your body do what it already knows how to do.

Your Guide for the Journey
I'm a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator based in the DFW area and this work isn't something I just studied. It's something that saved me. After moving through divorce, chronic illness, and a traumatic accident all within a short period of time, I found breathwork when I had nothing left to try. That first session gave me back something I didn't know I'd lost - a feeling of safety in my own body. I created Exhale Breathwork to give others that same space. A place to put down what you've been carrying, even just for an hour. Every session I hold is trauma-aware, beginner-friendly, and built around one thing: making you feel safe enough to finally exhale.

What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?
Answer: You are always in control of your journey. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, you can simply return to your natural rhythm, open your eyes, or rest. There is no 'right' way to do this - my role is to hold a safe space for you to move at your own pace.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
Not at all! 9D Breathwork is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’ve never tried breathwork before or have a regular practice, the session is guided in a way that is accessible and supportive for beginners and experienced breathers alike.
