What Actually Happens in a Session
9D = nine layers of sound, breath, and nervous system science, all working together
You arrive, settle onto a mat, pull on an eye mask and headphones, and let the music take over. The 9D experience layers specialized sound frequencies, guided coaching, and intentional breathwork into a single immersive journey. Think of it as a playlist engineered specifically for your nervous system.
There's no performing. No getting it right.
You simply breathe and let your body do what it already knows how to do.
Most people finish feeling like they finally put down something they didn't even realize they were carrying.
"To say it was transformative would be an understatement. This is exactly where you need to be." - Prateek P.
What You'll Carry Out With You
Most people walk in carrying more than they realized. Stress, grief, a mind that won't slow down. You breathe for about an hour, and somewhere in there your body starts to set it down. People leave lighter, calmer, a little surprised by what came up and what lifted.
You don't have to do anything but lie down and breathe. The rest happens on its own.
Better Sleep Your body can't rest in fight-or-flight. Breathwork gets you out of it.
Nervous System Regulation These sessions bring you back to baseline. Where things feel manageable again.
Emotional Release Your body lets go of what it's been storing. No words needed.
Lasting Calm Not an hour of feeling good. A stillness that stays after the session ends.
This Is For You If...
You're exhausted but can't rest.
You're carrying grief, anxiety, or stress you can't explain.
You've tried meditation but your brain won't cooperate.
You're going through a transition.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.
All sessions held at Inspire Yoga — 400 E Dallas Rd, Suite 400, Grapevine, TX 76051
Hi, I'm Karen
Your Guide for the Journey
I'm a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator based in the DFW area. This work isn't something I just studied. It's something that saved me. After moving through divorce, chronic illness, and a traumatic accident all within a short period of time, I found breathwork when I had nothing left to try. That first session gave me back something I didn't know I'd lost, a feeling of safety in my own body. I created Exhale Breathwork to give others that same space. A place to put down what you've been carrying, even just for an hour. Every session I hold is trauma-aware, beginner-friendly, and built around one thing: making you feel safe enough to finally exhale. The facilitator who first took me through breathwork didn't just hold space during the session. She followed up. She made sure I was okay. That's the standard I hold myself to, and it's why every person who comes to a session with me receives a post-session integration guide and an open inbox for the days that follow. One more thing, I always keep a spot open for someone who needs this but can't afford it right now. No explanation needed. Just reach out directly and it stays between us. 🤍

Common Questions
What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?
You are always in control. You can return to your natural breath, open your eyes, or simply rest. There is no right way to do this -- my role is to hold a safe space for you to move at your own pace.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
Not at all. 9D Breathwork is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Beginners and experienced breathers are equally welcome.
Is breathwork safe?
Yes, it's gentle and beginner-friendly. See the safety note at the bottom for specific medical conditions to be aware of.
How long is a session?
Sessions range from 25 to 111 minutes depending on the journey. Each event listing shows the exact duration.
Your Nervous System Has Been Waiting for This.
You don't have to keep running on empty.
One session can shift something you've been carrying for years. Sessions start at $50. No experience needed, just show up.
Mats, blankets, and eye masks provided. Every attendee receives a post-session Integration Guide, because the work doesn't end when the music stops. If you've been on the fence, this is your sign.
Spots are limited per session to keep the space intimate and supportive.
Safety note:
Breathwork is gentle and beginner-friendly, but please consult your doctor before attending if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or a history of seizures or psychosis. If you're unsure whether this is right for you, feel free to reach out before booking.
